【摘要】 目的 探讨基于微信的延续护理对原发性高血压患者依从性及血压的影响。方法 选取2021年2月-6月在某院高血压科出院的原发性高血压患者188例作为研究对象，按1∶1随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予出院后常规护理；实验组给予基于微信的延续护理，包括药物、饮食、烟酒、运动、体质量、心理、血压监测的指导与监督。于出院后3个月比较两组患者治疗依从性和血压情况。结果 实验组在依从性总分及饮食、烟酒、运动、压力各维度得分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义；实验组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组，干预前后舒张压差值大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 基于微信平台的延续护理运用于原发性高血压患者弥补了出院后常规护理的不足，有助于提高其依从性，达到控制血压的目的，对患者健康起到了积极地促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on We Chat on the compliance and blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension. Methods 188 cases with essential hypertension who were discharged from department of hypertension in a hospital from February to June 2017were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to 1∶1 ratio. The control group was given routine care after discharge. The experimental group was given continuous nursing based on We Chat, including the guidance and supervision of drugs, diet, smoking and alcohol, sports, body weight,psychology and blood pressure monitoring. The compliance and blood pressure were compared between the two groups at3 months after discharge. Results The score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in the total score of compliance and diet,smokingand alcohol, exercise and stress, the difference was statistically significant; the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the difference of diastolic blood pressure before and after the intervention was greater than that of the control group. And the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on We Chat platform for patients with essential hypertension makes up for the lack of routine care after discharge, which helps to improve their compliance and achieve the purpose of blood pressure control, and plays a positive role in promoting patients’ health.更多还原
