【摘要】 目的 探究恶性肿瘤患儿家庭功能与生活质量的关系及社会支持的中介作用研究。方法 以河北医科大学第四医院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的85例恶性肿瘤患儿为研究对象，采用家庭关怀度指数问卷（Family Adaption,Partnership,Growth,Affection,Resolve Index,AP-GAR）、社会支持评定量表（social support rate scale,SSRS）、儿童生活质量测定量表（the pediatric quality of life inventory measurement models 3.0,PedsQL-3.0）癌症模块分别评估患儿的家庭功能、社会支持程度和生活质量。结果 患儿AP-GAR评分为6.83±1.37分，SSRS评分为20.46±2.21分，PedsQL-3.0评分为81.92±7.92分，家庭功能评分与社会支持呈正相关（r=0.44,P <0.05），与生活质量呈负相关（r=-0.48,P <0.05）。中介效应模型显示社会支持在家庭功能和生活质量间发挥中介作用，对生活质量的效应值为0.23，家庭功能对社会支持的效应值为0.16，通过社会支持对生活质量的总效应值为0.49。结论 恶性肿瘤患儿在实际中生活质量较差，社会支持率欠佳，家庭功能发挥不够充分。家庭功能和社会支持是影响患儿生活质量的重要因素，医护人员应通过针对性的干预措施增加家庭对患儿正性作用，提高社会支持水平，最终促进患儿生活质量的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between family function and quality of life of children with malignant tumor and the mediating role of social support. Methods A total of 85 children with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from January2020 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects. Cancer modules including family Adaption-Partnership-Growth-Affection-Resolve Index questionaire(AP-GAR), Social Support Rate Scale(SSRS)and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Measurement Models3.0(PEDSQL-3.0)were used to assess family function, social support and quality of life in children, respectively. Results AP-GAR score was 6.83 ± 1.37 points, SSRS score was 20.46 ± 2.21 points, and PEDSQL-3.0 score was 81.92 ± 7.92 points. Family function score was positively correlated with social support(r = 0.44,P < 0.05), but it negatively correlated with quality of life(r =-0.48,P <0.05). Mediation effect model showed that social support played a mediating role between family function and quality of life, and the effect value of family function on quality of life was 0.23, the effect value of family function on social support was 0.16, and the total effect value of social support on quality of life was 0.49. Conclusion Children with malignant tumor have poor quality of life, poor social support and inadequate family function. Family function and social support are important factors affecting the quality of life of children. Medical staff should increase the positive effect of family on children through targeted intervention measures, and improve the level of social support,and ultimately promote the improvement of the quality of life of children.更多还原
