数字化转型下教育虚拟环境对学习效果的影响——基于97篇中英文文献的元分析

【摘要】 数字技术与教育的深度融合,助推教育的数字化转型,并驱动基于虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)、增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)、混合现实(Mixed Reality,MR)技术的教育虚拟环境的构建。为此,文章基于97篇相关的中英文文献,采用元分析方法探讨了教育虚拟环境对学习效果的影响,结果显示:教育虚拟环境对学习效果具有中等程度的正向影响;教育虚拟环境对不同技术类型、不同学段、不同学科、不同实验周期学习效果的影响均不存在显著差异,但影响程度有所不同;其中,基于VR技术构建的虚拟环境对学习效果的提升作用最明显,且虚拟环境对中职/高职/专科学段、自然科学学科、1天~1月实验周期的学习效果影响最大。基于此,文章提出改善虚拟环境应用于教育教学的建议,以期为开展教育虚拟环境下的教学设计、提高学习者的学习成效提供参考。

【Abstract】 The deep integration of digital technology and education promotes the digital transformation of education,and drives the construction of educational virtual environment based on virtual reality(VR), augmented reality(AR), and mixed reality(MR) technologies. Therefore, this paper used the meta-analysis method to explore the effects of educational virtual environment on learning effects based on 97 Chinese and English literature. The result showed that educational virtual environment had a moderate positive effect on learning effect. There was no significant difference in the effect of educational virtual environment on learning outcomes in terms of different technology types, different learning sections, different disciplines, and different experimental periods, but the effect degrees were different. Among them, the virtual environment constructed based on VR technology had the most significant promotion effect on learning outcomes, and the virtual environment had the greatest effect on learning outcomes for the learning sections of secondary vocational/higher vocational/junior college, the natural science disciplines, and the experimental period of 1-day to 1-month. Based on this, some suggestions were proposed to improve the application of virtual environment in education and teaching, expecting to provide reference for the implementation of teaching design in educational virtual environment and improve learners’ learning outcomes.
