新型橡胶柔性齿轮的制备及其结构和性能分析

【摘要】 制备一种新型橡胶柔性齿轮并通过有限元技术对其丁腈橡胶(HNBR)阻尼环结构进行设计,确定HNBR阻尼环外径为52 mm时其内径为46 mm最佳。对新型橡胶柔性齿轮进行模态有限元分析,得到新型橡胶柔性齿轮的模态特性,证明新型橡胶柔性齿轮能够更好地避免共振现象。通过模态试验,研究不同温度下新型橡胶柔性齿轮的固有频率变化,得出新型橡胶柔性齿轮的1阶固有频率随着温度的升高而减小的结论。本工作为新型柔性齿轮动力学性能的研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 A new rubber flexible gear was prepared and its hydrogenated nitrite rubber(HNBR) damping ring structure was designed by finite element technique. It was determined that the optimal inner diameter of HNBR damping ring was 46 mm when its outer diameter was 52 mm. The modal finite element analysis of the new rubber flexible gear was carried out to obtain the modal characteristics of the new rubber flexible gear,which proved that the new rubber flexible gear could better avoid resonance phenomena. Through the modal test,the change of the inherent frequency of the new rubber flexible gear at different temperatures was investigated,and it was concluded that the 1st order intrinsic frequency of the new rubber flexible gear decreased with the increase of temperature. This work laid the foundation for the study of the dynamic performance of the new flexible gear.
