炭黑种类和用量对磁性丁腈橡胶胶料性能的影响
Effect of Type and Amount of Carbon Black on Properties of Magnetic NBR Compounds
【摘要】 研究炭黑种类和用量对磁性丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:分别将30份炭黑220,N330,N550,N660,N774和N990填充于磁性NBR胶料中,填充炭黑N660的磁性NBR混炼胶的Payne效应最弱(填料网络结构最稳定),填充炭黑N220的磁性NBR硫化胶的物理性能最佳,填充炭黑N550的磁性NBR硫化胶的磁性能最优[剩磁(Br)为0.220 T,矫顽力(Hcb)为165 k A·m-1,最大磁能积(BH)max为9.3 k J·m-3];分别将不同用量炭黑N550填充于磁性NBR胶料中,填充20份炭黑N550的磁性NBR混炼胶的尺寸稳定性最好,填充30份炭黑N550的磁性NBR硫化胶的拉伸强度最大(9.1 MPa),填充10份炭黑N550的磁性NBR硫化胶的磁性能最优[Br为0.228 T,Hcb为171 k A·m-1,(BH)max为9.9 k J·m-3]。
【Abstract】 The effects of the type and amount of carbon black on the properties of magnetic nitrile rubber(NBR) compounds were studied.The results showed that,with 30 phr of carbon black(N220,N330,N550,N660,N774 and N990),the magnetic NBR compound filled with carbon black N660 had the weakest Payne effect(indicating the most stable filler network structure),the magnetic NBR vulcanizate filled with carbon black N220 had the best physical properties,and the magnetic NBR vulcanizate filled with carbon black N550had the best magnetic properties[remanence(Br)was 0.220 T,coercivity(Hcb) was 165 k A·m-1,and the maximum magnetic energy product(BH)max was 9.3 k J·m-3].Adding different amounts of carbon black N550 to the magnetic NBR compounds,the magnetic NBR compound filled with 20 phr of carbon black N550 had the best dimensional stability,the tensile strength of the magnetic NBR vulcanizate filled with 30 phr of carbon black N550 was the highest(9.1 MPa),and the magnetic NBR vulcanizate filled with 10 phr of carbon black N550 had the best magnetic properties[Br 0.228 T,Hcb 171 kA·m-1,and(BH)max 9.9 kJ·m-3].
