【摘要】 近几年，高校突发性公共安全卫生事件呈现上升趋势，高校医院除了承担本校师生的基本医疗服务，还在突发性公共卫生安全事件的管理中负有重要的职责。本文运用SWOT分析法对高校医院在突发性公共卫生安全事件方面的管理进行了深入分析评估，在总结了高校医院管理突发性公共卫生安全事件的内部条件（自身的优势、劣势）和外部条件（可能存在的机会、威胁）的基础上得出，高校医院应当从构建科学的管理体制、建立健全应急组织管理体系、建立突发公共卫生事件的应急机制、加强高校医院自身建设、加强综合预防、加快信息系统建设等方面着手，提高应对公共卫生安全事件的效率和能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, sudden public safety and health incidents in colleges and universities have shown an upward trend, and university hospitals not only undertake basic medical services for teachers and students of their universities but also play an important role in the management of public health safety emergencies. This paper uses the strengths,weakness, opportunity, and threats(SWOT) analysis method to conduct an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the management of university hospitals in public health security emergencies. In the basis of concluding that the internal conditions(their own advantages and weaknesses) and external conditions(possible opportunities and threats) of university hospitals in the management of public health security emergencies, it is concluded that university hospitals should start from the aspects of building a scientific management system, establishing and improving the emergency organization and management system,establishing an emergency response mechanism for public health emergencies, strengthening the construction of university hospitals themselves, strengthening comprehensive prevention, and accelerating the construction of information systems, so as to improve the efficiency and ability to respond to public health security incidents.更多还原
