【摘要】 目的 了解医学生无手机恐惧的现状,分析大五人格与无手机恐惧的相关性。方法 采用方便抽样法,选取河北省某普通高等医学院校医学生461名,使用自编一般情况调查表、无手机恐惧症量表、大五人格问卷进行调查,采用共同方法偏差检验、t检验、Pearson相关分析、分层回归分析进行数据处理。结果 66.5%的医学生每天平均使用智能手机时间在6 h以上,医学生中存在轻度、中度、重度无手机恐惧的比例分别占9.1%、70.5%、19.8%。女生无手机恐惧得分为(86.05±17.48)分,高于男生的(78.60±19.23)分(t=-4.158,P<0.001)。医学生无手机恐惧与神经质、开放性人格特质呈正相关(r=0.475,P<0.001;r=0.142,P=0.002)。分层回归分析显示,神经质、开放性人格对医学生中无手机恐惧状况具有20.7%的预测作用。结论 医学生中普遍存在无手机恐惧;神经质、开放性人格对医学生的无手机恐惧状况有一定的预测作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of nomophobia in medical students and to analyze the correlation between Big Five personality and nomophobia.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 461medical students from an ordinary medical college in Hebei Province,and the self-compiled general condition questionnaire,nomophobia scale,and Big-Five personality questionnaire were used to investigate,and common method bias test,t-test,Pearson correlation analysis,and stratified regression analysis were used for data processing.Results Totally 66.5% of medical students used smartphones for an average of more than 6 hours every day,the proportions of medical students with mild,moderate and severe nomophobia were 9.1%,70.5% and 19.8%,respectively.The score of nomophobia of girls was(86.05±17.48)higher than that of boys:(78.60±19.23)(t=-4.158.P<0.001).Nomophobia was positively correlated with neuroticism and openness in medical students(r=0.475,P<0.001;r=0.142,P=0.002).Stratified regression analysis showed that neuroticism and openness had a 20.7% predictive effect on nomophobia among medical students.Conclusions Nomophobia is common among medical students.Ncuroticism and openness have a certain predictivc effect on the nomophobia of medical students.更多还原
