【Abstract】 The processing scheme was determined from the aspects of processing procedure and layout design. Then a multi-station progressive die was designed according to the machining feature of a vacuum interrupter fixture. Practice has proved that the die has unique structure and novel design which can ensure the machining accuracy and surface quality of parts. The automation of mass production of stamping can be achieved with the support of automatic feeding mechanism. The technique has reference values for progressive die design of similar spare parts.更多还原
