风速对氢燃料电池汽车氢气紧急泄放安全性的影响

【摘要】 氢燃料电池汽车在遇到紧急事故时,会进行紧急泄氢处理,目前需要对氢能汽车紧急泄氢的安全性进行研究。为研究氢能汽车在事故中紧急泄放氢气的泄放特征以及迎向风风速的影响,采用Fluent建立了开放空间风速对氢能汽车泄放氢气影响的计算模型,分析氢气扩散规律及氢气可爆区域和警戒区域的发展。氢能汽车在开放空间紧急泄气时,迎向风风速越大,氢气可爆云团的最大体积和稳定体积越小,达到最大体积和稳定体积所需时间越少;氢气水平警戒区域和正向警戒区域大小随风速增加而减小,形状受风速影响而改变;停止泄放后,可爆云团会迅速扩散消失。

【Abstract】 In the event of an emergency, a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle will actively discharge hydrogen. At present, research is needed on the safety of emergency hydrogen discharge from hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. To study the characteristics of emergency discharge of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in open space and the influence of wind speed on them, Fluent software was used to establish a model of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in open space, and the law of hydrogen diffusion and the development of hydrogen combustible areas and warning areas were analyzed. When hydrogen fuel cell vehicles is urgently deflated in the open space, the larger the wind speed facing the wind, the smaller the maximum volume and stable volume of the hydrogen explosion able cloud,and the less time it takes to reach the maximum volume and stable volume. The size of the hydrogen level warning area and the positive warning area decreases with the increase of the wind speed,and the shape is changed by the influence of the wind speed; after the release is stopped, the combustible gas will quickly spread and disappear. This conclusion can provide a basis for the safety verification of emergency hydrogen discharge by hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
