【摘要】 胎盘植入是指胎盘滋养层异常粘连或侵入子宫肌层的一类疾病，是产科极其凶险的严重并发症之一。可能导致孕产妇多系统器官衰竭、弥漫性血管内凝血、子宫切除，甚至死亡。近年来，随着剖宫产率的增高，胎盘植入发病率明显增高。若在妊娠早期能明确诊断，可为临床早期治疗提供指导，减少并发症的发生，从而改善孕产妇围产期结局。现综述近年来国内外胎盘植入性疾病相关研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Placental implantation refers to a type of disease of abnormal adhesion of placental trophoblast or invasion of myometrium, which is one of the most dangerous and serious complications in obstetrics. It can lead to maternal multisystem organ failure, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hysterectomy, and even death. In recent years, with the increase of caesarean section rate, the incidence of placental implantation has increased significantly. If a clear diagnosis can be made in the first trimester, early clinical practicecan be provided to reduce the occurrence of complications and improve maternal perinatal outcomes. This paper reviews the research progress of placental implantation diseases at home and abroad in recent years.更多还原
