【摘要】 围绕对高速侵彻引信在不同工况下功能充分考核的需求，针对全尺寸弹体侵彻试验成本高且难以实现多工况考核的问题，提出基于低成本火炮缩比弹和原型弹在过载峰值、持续时间以及粘连度三个特征量等效的引信等效试验方法。建立了基于125 mm加长弹的等效缩比试验，通过仿真和试验验证表明在低成本火炮基础上，可通过构建弹、靶、工况的缩比模型，实现全尺寸战斗部侵彻过程中引信动态响应特性的等效，实现引信不依赖全尺寸战斗部的独立考核试验，为引信多工况下功能考核验证提供支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the performance evaluation for high speed penetration fuzes under different conditions was researched to overcome difficulties of multi-condition evaluation due to full-size warhead test high cost. The penetration fuze equivalent dynamic response test method based on equivalence of overload feature peak value, time and adhesion was proposed. The equivalently scaled test simulation for lengthened cannonball with 125mm caliber was conducted and verified. Research results showed that the penetration fuze dynamic response for full-size warhead could be equivalently expressed by scaled models of cannonball, penetrating target and operating conditions based on low cost artillery. The penetration fuze evaluation test independent of full-size warhead could be realized to provide technical support for fuze multi-condition performance evaluation and verification.更多还原
