【Abstract】 Hospitals cannot achieve rapid development without the improvement of science and technology. The improvement of scientific research management and fund utilization efficiency is crucial for the overall development of hospitals. The quality of scientific research management and the efficiency of fund utilization are directly related to the competitiveness and development level of hospitals in the medical field. Therefore, strengthening scientific research management and improving the efficiency of fund utilization are important tasks to which hospitals must attach importance. This paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research management in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nantong University(Nantong Cancer Hospital). In light of the actual situation of the hospital, we updated the system, standardized the scientific research behavior, strengthened the process management and training, and practiced economy.
