【Abstract】 Objective This paper aims to analyze the challenges faced by medical institutions in implementing the single disease management policy, put forward the single disease management strategy, and form the management experience. Methods A new model of single disease quality management system has been established, involving improving the organizational structure and evaluation system of single disease management, establishing a comprehensive intelligent management platform, optimizing the business processes and training, etc. Results The duration of single disease reporting was shortened, and the reporting efficiency and quality were significantly improved. Furthermore, the indicators of single disease diagnosis and treatment such as efficiency, quality and prognosis significantly rised. Conclusion Single disease management level as well as diagnosis and treatment capacity have been improved, and the homogenization of single disease diagnosis and treatment has been promoted.更多还原
