【摘要】 目的 借助可视化分析方法，对我国翻转课堂在医学生信息素养教育中的研究现状、研究热点、研究前沿有所把握，为展开相关研究提供理论基础。方法 在CNKI数据库中，根据“医学生”、“翻转课堂”、“信息素养”三个主题进行关键词专业检索，最终纳入917篇中文文献。利用Excel整理年发表量，利用CiteSpace 5.8.R3获取文献的作者合作网络图、机构合作网络图、关键词共现网络图、关键词聚类图、关键词突现图，并对这些图谱进行分析解读。结果 我国翻转课堂在医学生信息素养教育中的研究在2013—2021年早期发文量较少不到10篇，近年来迅速增加在2019年达到峰值187篇。发文量最多的作者是徐晶、金瑞华，形成了一些作者合作团体。有4所活跃的发文机构，多为独立研究。关键词聚类可划分为教学方式与模式、教学专业与课程、教学应用与效果3个方面。近年来突现的关键词有“护理教学”、“应用”、“教学效果”。结论 当前我国翻转课堂在医学生信息素养教育中的研究正处于研究热度的缓慢下降阶段，作者间合作地域分散，跨机构合作十分缺乏。已形成了教学方式与模式、教学专业与课程、教学应用与效果等方面的研究热点。研究主题逐步转向护理专业学生的信息素养教育和应用效果研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective With the help of visual analysis method, this paper grasps the research status, research hot spots and research frontier of flipped classroom in medical students’ information literacy education in China, so as to provide a theoretical basis for relevant research. Methods In the CNKI database, a keyword professional search was conducted based on the three themes of “medical students”, “flipped classroom”, and “information literacy”, and 917 Chinese literatures were finally included. Excel was used to sort out the annual publication volume, CiteSpace 5.8.R3 was used to obtain the atlas of author collaboration network diagram, institution collaboration network diagram, keyword co-occurrence network diagram, keyword clustering diagram, and keyword emergence diagram, and these graphs were analyzed and interpreted. Results It is found that since 2013, the research on flipped classroom in information literacy education of medical students in China has gone through three stages: initial research stage, rapid growth stage and mature development stage. The cooperation among authors is characterized by regional dispersion, intra-team concentration and lack of long-term systematic research. The lack of cross-institutional collaborative research and the low level of information sharing and exchange within the field lead to academic barriers. The research focuses on teaching methods and models, teaching majors and courses, teaching applications and effects, etc. In recent years, the research topic has gradually shifted to information literacy education for nursing students and application effect research. Conclusion At present, the research of flipped classroom in medical students’ information literacy education in China is in the slow decline stage of research enthusiasm. The cooperation between authors is scattered, and cross institutional cooperation is very lacking. There have been research hotspots in teaching methods and models, teaching majors and courses, and teaching applications and effects. The research topic gradually turned to the information literacy education and application effect research of nursing students.更多还原
