【Abstract】 Hospital grading accreditation is of great significance to improve the construction of medical ethics review institutions and promote the in-depth development of medical research ethics review. By reviewing the whole process of continuous improvement of ethics in the Central People’s Hospital of Zhanjiang from 2019 to 2022, this paper analyzed experience and practices of key aspects such as ethical organization reconstruction, system construction, and closed-loop management of ethics review in order to explore the innovative ideas and path for continuous improvement of ethical work management and operation mode in hospitals for the reference.更多还原
