【摘要】 文章选取内蒙古地区三所高校的152名外语教师为调查对象，采用问卷调查和访谈的形式探究教学督导对高校外语教师教学能力的影响。结果显示，高校教学督导对外语教师教学能力发展的整体影响明显。教学督导对处于不同专业发展阶段教师教学能力的影响不同，教学督导对新手型教师整体教学能力的影响明显高于对熟手型教师和专家型教师的影响。最后，文章基于研究结果，为高校教学督导工作的有效开展提供了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study selected 152 foreign language teachers from three universities in Inner Mongolia as the respondents to explore the influence of teaching supervision on the teaching ability of foreign language teachers in the form of questionnaire and interview. The results show that the overall influence of college teaching supervision on the development of foreign language teachers’ teaching ability is obvious. Teaching supervision has different influence on teachers’ teaching ability at different stages of professional development, and the influence of teaching supervision on the overall teaching ability of novice teachers is significantly higher than that on skilled teachers and expert teachers. Finally, based on the research results, this paper provides some suggestions for the effective development of teaching supervision in colleges and universities.更多还原
