【摘要】 目的 基于2018年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据梳理山东省流动人口医保参保现状，探究其影响因素，为健全流动人口医疗保障政策、促进人群健康公平提供参考意见。方法 运用描述性分析、二分类logistic回归分析研究山东省流动人口社会医疗保险参保现状及相关影响因素。结果 在参保情况方面，山东省流动人口参保尚未实现全覆盖，至少参加过一种保险的占93.7%,其中参与新型农村合作医疗的占比最高，为45.62%。在参保影响因素方面，婚姻状况(χ~2=40.006,P<0.05)、职业(χ~2=5.008,P<0.05)、流动范围(χ~2=43.076,P<0.05)均为参保情况的影响因素。结论 山东省流动人口医疗保险尚未实现全覆盖，要实现多元化医疗保险共同发展，保障流动人口参保有法可依、有章可循，促进流动人口的健康公平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the current situation of medical insurance for floating population in Shandong Province, and to explore its influencing factors, in order to provide reference for improving the medical insurance policy for floating population and promoting the health and fairness of the population based on the data from the national dynamic monitoring and investigation on health and family planning of floating population in 2018. Methods The descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression analysis were used to study the current situation of social medical insurance participation of floating population in Shandong Province and the related influencing factors. Results In terms of insurance coverage, the floating population in Shandong Province had not yet achieved full coverage. 93.7% have participated in at least one kind of insurance, among which 45.62% had participated in the new rural cooperative medical care. In terms of influencing factors of insurance participation, marital status(χ~2=40.006,P<0.05, occupation(χ~2=5.008,P<0.05) and floating range(χ~2=43.076,P<0.05)were all influencing factors of insurance participation. Conclusion The medical insurance for the floating population in Shandong Province has not yet achieved full coverage. To achieve the common development of diversified medical insurance, it is necessary to ensure that there are laws and rules to follow in the insurance of the floating population, and to promote the health and fairness of the floating population.更多还原
