AI时代英国推进教育均衡发展的路径与举措
Pathways and Measures to Promote the Balanced Development of Education in UK in AI Era
【摘要】 推进教育优质均衡发展是实现教育公平、全面提升教育水平的必经之路。英国在AI时代推进教育均衡发展方面做了一系列具有一定特色的规划,集中体现在:英国政府先后出台的《人工智能战略规划》和《均衡发展白皮书》为英国教育均衡发展提供了政策引领,将教育均衡发展的目标聚焦于中小学教育资源的均衡发展和学生阅读、写作与数学三个学科素养的普遍达标上,重视发挥AI的技术优势及其在教学实践中的适切应用,并因地制宜地将培育高水平师资、引入专业团队治理、重视家长支持作为推进教育均衡发展的根本依托。透过英国的实践策略,我国在AI时代推进教育优质均衡发展可以从三方面着力:一是利用AI技术精准施策,切实提升教育均衡发展举措的实效性;二是超越单纯的机器智能汇聚人类智慧,引入专业团队助力学校教育均衡发展;三是提升全民AI素养水平,为教育均衡发展提供全方位人力支持。
【Abstract】 Promoting high-class balance of education development is the only way to achieve educational equity and quality. The UK has made a series of plans in the balanced development of education in the AI era and has formed its own characteristics. It has issued“National AI Strategy”and“Levelling Up the United Kingdom”to provide policy guidance, and focused its goal on the balanced development of educational resources in primary and secondary schools as well as the general attainment of students’ literacy in reading, writing and mathematics,highlighting the appropriate application of AI for learning and teaching practice. Meanwhile, the cultivation of high-level teachers, the introduction of professional governance team, the emphasis on the support from students’ families are considered as the fundamental basis in the real practice of UK. And three inspirations from the UK’s practice may be helpful for China in terms of promoting the balanced development of education in the AI era. First,it is necessary to put forward to accurate measures based on AI to ensure practice effectiveness and efficiency.Second, it is of importance to introduce professional teams to instruct school practice by gathering human intelligence beyond simple machine intelligence. Third, it is crucial to improve AI literacy of the whole people to provide all-round human support for the balanced development of education.
