【摘要】 将聚苯硫醚(PPS)与聚酰亚胺(PI)按质量比90∶10与不同用量的玄武岩纤维(BF)共混,在双螺杆挤出机中熔融制备了PPS/PI/BF复合材料,考察了BF用量对复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:BF可以有效促进PPS基体结晶,有效提高PPS/PI/BF复合材料热稳定性。BF与PPS基体结合较好,且随着BF用量增加,摩擦表面的黏着磨损与削切现象明显减少。

【Abstract】 The composites were prepared by blending polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) and polyimide(PI) at a mass ratio of 90∶10 with different amounts of basalt fiber(BF) in a twin screw extruder. The effects of BF dosage on the mechanical properties, heat resistance and friction properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that BF can effectively improve the crystallization of PPS matrix, and also effectively improve the thermal stability of PPS/PI/BF composites. BF is well combined with PPS matrix, and the adhesion wear and cutting phenomenon of friction surface decrease obviously with the increase of BF dosage.
