【Abstract】 As an important means to safeguard Japan’s national economic security, OFDI has overcome the limitations of lack of resources and limited markets, enhanced economic autonomy, promoted industrial upgrading and technological progress, and enhanced economic competitiveness by strengthening ties with energy producing areas and overseas markets.Against the backdrop of the dramatic changes in the world economic situation and the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, Japan’s economic security strategy has shifted to improving economic resilience and leading the construction of the international order, and Japan is trying to achieve new goals of economic security by expanding overseas infrastructure investment and strengthening supply chain diversification.更多还原
