【摘要】 目的 系统整合婴儿父亲围产期心理体验和需求的质性研究，为制订相关心理干预措施提供依据。方法 检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方、PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library等数据库中有关婴儿父亲围产期心理体验和需求的质性研究，检索时限为2012年4月至2022年4月。使用JBI质性研究质量评价工具进行评价，采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合分析。结果 共纳入13篇文献，提炼出36个研究结果，归纳成9个类别，综合形成4个整合结果：围产期婴儿父亲面临多重情感体验、对生活的挑战及影响、心理健康相关的需求和支持、采取不同类型的应对策略。结论 婴儿父亲在围产期经历了复杂的心理体验，存在多元化需求，医护人员应结合我国文化背景，更多地关注围产期婴儿父亲相关的心理体验及需求，制定有效的干预策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically integrate the qualitative research in psychological experience and needs of fathers in perinatal period therefore to establish a basis for formulating relevant measures in psychological intervention. Methods Qualitative studies on psychological experience and needs of fathers in perinatal period published from 2010 to April 2022 were retrieved from databases of Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang Data,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase and Cochrane Library. The evaluation was performed with the Qualitative Research Quality Assessment Tool of the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-based Health Care Centre,and an integrative analysis was performed using an aggregative integrated approach. Result A total of 36 research results were extracted from 13 literatures,which were summarised into 9 categories and integrated into 4 results:multiple experience of emotions,challenges over life and influences,needs for and support in psychological health and various coping strategies. Conclusions Fathers in perinatal period have complex psychological experiences and a variety of psychological needs. Medical staff should pay more attention to the psychological experiences and needs of the fathers in perinatal period and formulate effective intervention strategies based on Chinese cultural.更多还原
