【摘要】 百年大计，教育为本；教育大计，教师为本。作为国家人才培养体系之基，基础教育至关重要。教师是教学实施的主体，在教育质量提升中扮演着关键角色。因此，教师教育更是基础教育的基石。如何在新时代利用新技术应对新挑战，是教师教育的改革重点。优秀教师的内隐经验是一种极具价值的隐性教育资源，但提取难度大、表征复杂且迁移成本高。针对该现状，尝试在“言语—非言语”行为模型下将教师的内隐经验进行外显析取，并以此模型搭建智能平台，期望能够进一步促进教师教育培训体系的发展。更多还原
