A公司装配线在MTM基础上模块化的研究和应用

【摘要】 为准确、迅速、客观地计算出A公司产品的标准工时,提高装配线生产效率,在MTM的基础上对产品工步组建通用模块。利用MTM-UAS方法对A公司产品装配线不同产品的组装动作进行了动作分析,为简化操作,运用5W1H分析方法将重复或相似动作组合作为模块,将模块信息存储在数据库中。结果表明:模块化的运用实现了作业标准化,能更快得到精确的标准工时,减少工时分析时间约66 min,生产效率提高到92.65%。在未来设计新产品时,可根据客户需求优先选用数据库中通用模块设计产品,节约产品设计与工时分析时间,改善装配线,降低加工成本。

【Abstract】 In order to accurately and objectively calculate the standard working hours of the company’s products, improve the production efficiency of the assembly line and other issues, this study builds a general module for the product process based on MTM. First, the MTM-UAS method is used to analyze the action of product A assembly line. In order to simplify its operation, the 5W1H analysis method is used to store the module information in the database by studying the assembly actions of the other five products. The results show that the product processing can realize the standardization of work, get accurate standard working hours faster, reduce the working hour analysis time by 66 minutes, and improve the production efficiency to 92.65%. In the future, when designing new products, we will give priority to the general module design products in the database according to customer needs, save the time of product design and man-hour analysis, improve the assembly line, and reduce processing costs.
