【摘要】 拜登政府于2022年2月11日发布《美国印太战略》报告，这是美国政府首次在国家安全战略之前发布的地区性战略报告。随着美“印太经济框架”的启动，美国补足经济短板，标志着拜登政府对“印太”地区的整体布局基本成型，美国“印太战略”的整体规划和功能性领域设计等方面实现了较大提升。但是，拜登政府的“印太战略”也有其局限性，一是拜登政府与“印太”国家在地区秩序构建问题上存在根本性矛盾；二是难以满足“印太”国家的发展与安全诉求；三是美国的软硬实力难以支撑其“印太战略”的实施。拜登政府“印太战略”在对华形成战略威胁、破坏中国周边安全环境的同时，也将促进本地区的战略觉醒。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Biden administration released the official “Indo-Pacific Strategy” on February 11, 2022. This is the first regional strategy released publicly by the US and for the first time before the release of National Security Strategy. With the launch of “the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework”, the United States has made up for its economic shortcomings, marking that the overall layout of the Biden administration for “the Indo-Pacific region” has basically taken shape, and the United States has made progress in the overall planning and functional field design of “the Indo-Pacific Strategy”. However, the Biden administration’s “Indo-Pacific Strategy” has its limitations. First, there is a fundamental contradiction between the Biden administration and “the Indo-Pacific countries” on the construction of regional order; second, it is difficult to meet the development and security demands of “the Indo-Pacific countries”; third, it is difficult for the soft and hard power of the United States to support the implementation of “the Indo-Pacific Strategy”.
