经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍影响的Meta分析
Meta analysis of Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation on Swallowing Disorder After Stroke
【摘要】 目的:评价经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的影响。方法:采用计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、Medline、CINAHL、Scopus、外文医学信息资源检索平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,检索关于tDCS治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2021年5月。经过文献筛选、数据提取等,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入11项研究,共551例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,tDCS可提高脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者治疗有效率,提高功能性经口进食量表及吞咽困难结局和严重程度量表评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:tDCS可有效改善脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS) on swallowing dysfunction after stroke. Methods: A computer retrieval was performed in PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, Medline, CINAHL,Scopus, Foreign Medical Literature Retrieval Service, China Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP Database for randomized controlled trials of tDCS treatment for swallowing dysfunction after stroke. The search time frame was from the establishment of the database to May 2021. After literature screening, data extraction and other steps, Rev Man 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results: A total of 11 studies involving 551 patients were included. The Meta analysis results showed that, compared with the control group, tDCS could improve the effective rate of treatment in patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke, increase the scores of functional oral feeding scale and dysphagia outcome and severity scale, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The tDCS can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke.
