多糖铁复合物治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果观察
Observation on Effect of Polysaccharide Iron Complex in Treatment of Gestational Iron Deficiency Anemia
【摘要】 目的:探讨多糖铁复合物(PIC)治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月齐鲁医药学院附属医院收治的妊娠期IDA患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用PIC治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组转铁蛋白水平低于对照组,转铁蛋白饱和度、血红蛋白、红细胞、平均红细胞体积、血清铁蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组分娩孕周大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);两组剖宫产率、产后出血率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组母婴并发症总发生率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PIC治疗妊娠期IDA的效果显著,可改善患者铁代谢、血常规指标及妊娠结局,降低母婴并发症发生风险。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of polysaccharide iron complex(PIC) in treatment of gestational iron deficiency anemia(IDA). Methods: A total of 100 patients with gestational IDA admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Qilu Medical University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. There were 50 cases in each group. The control group implemented conventional therapy, and the observation group implemented PCI therapy on the basis of control group. The treatment effects were compared between two groups. Results: After treatment, the transferrin level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the transferrin saturation, hemoglobin, red blood cells, mean corpuscular volume and serum ferritin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The gestational age of delivery in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001). There were no significant differences in cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate between the two groups(P>0.05). The total incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: PIC has a significant effect in the treatment of gestational IDA, which can improve iron metabolism, blood routine indexes and pregnancy outcomes, and reduce the risk of maternal and infant complications.
