【摘要】 目的：探讨乙酰半胱氨酸联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗儿童肺炎的效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2021年1月北京市石景山医院收治的肺炎儿童100例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗，试验组采用乙酰半胱氨酸联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。试验组体温恢复时间、住院时间、啰音消失时间、咳嗽持续时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：乙酰半胱氨酸联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗儿童肺炎的效果显著，可以缓解患儿临床症状，改善临床指标，加快患儿康复速度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of acetylcysteine combined with ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods: A total of 100 children with pneumonia treated in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from January2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection and the experimental group was treated with acetylcysteine combined with ambroxol hydrochloride injection. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034). The body temperature recovery time, hospital stay, rale disappearance time and cough duration in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acetylcysteine combined with ambroxol hydrochloride injection has a significant effect in the treatment of children with pneumonia. It can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children, improve clinical indicators and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
