【摘要】 我国育龄期女性孕前体重及孕期体重增长呈逐渐升高的趋势，而孕前和孕期的体重增长均是临床上用来判断孕妇营养是否正常的重要指标，与妊娠期并发症发生率和不良妊娠结局相关。孕期体重增长过度是妊娠期女性重要的生理变化，妊娠期体重增长过度会增加妊娠糖尿病、妊娠高血压、产后出血、早产和巨大儿的风险。孕前肥胖和孕期体重增长的不合理会增加妊娠期并发症和不良妊娠结局的发生危险。孕前肥胖及孕期体重增长过度的孕妇因盆腔及阴道内脂肪较多，在分娩过程中有可能出现产程延长、难产及剖宫产率升高等并发症。如何在保证胎儿正常发育的前提下，合理控制孕妇体重，以达到合理的体重增长，不产生多余的脂肪，预防不良妊娠结局，是目前临床普遍关注的问题。本次研究就孕前肥胖及孕期体重增长过度对妊娠期并发症、分娩结局的影响展开综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Among Chinese women of childbearing age, pre-pregnancy weight and weight gain during pregnancy show a gradually increasing trend. Both pre-pregnancy and pregnancy weight gains are clinically important indicators to judge whether the nutrition of pregnant women is normal, and are related with the incidence of pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcome.Excessive weight gain during pregnancy is an important physiological change for women during pregnancy. Excessive weight gain during pregnancy increases the risks of gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, postpartum hemorrhage, preterm birth and macrosomia. Pre-pregnancy obesity and unreasonable weight gain during pregnancy will increase the risks of pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Pregnant women with pre-pregnancy obesity and excessive weight gain during pregnancy are likely to have complications such as prolonged labor, dystocia and increased cesarean section rate during childbirth due to more fat in the pelvis and vagina. On the premise of ensuring the normal development of the fetus, how to reasonably control the weight of pregnant women, so as to achieve a reasonable weight gain, while not producing excessive fat, to prevent adverse pregnancy outcome, is currently a common clinical concern.
