【摘要】 目的：探讨团体心理辅导结合多模式导师制在新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年1—12月山东省泰安市肿瘤防治院新入职的58名护士作为对照组，2020年1—12月新入职的58名护士作为研究组。对照组采用常规临床轮转和培训方法，研究组采用团体心理辅导结合多模式导师制培训方法。比较两组培训效果。结果：培训后，研究组认知评价、社会支持、社交技巧、挫折应对、自我反思评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。培训后，研究组自我效能、希望、韧性、乐观评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。培训后，研究组解决问题、求助评分均高于对照组，幻想、退避评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论：团体心理辅导结合多模式导师制培养可以提高新入职护士职业认同感，改善其心理状态及应对方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application effect of group psychological counseling combined with multi-modal tutorial system in the training of newly recruited nurses.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,58 newly recruited nurses in Tai’an Tumor Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the control group;From January 2020 to December 2020,58 newly recruited nurses in Tai’an Tumor Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the study group.The control group adopted routine clinical rotation and training methods and the study group adopted group psychological counseling combined with multi-modal tutorial system training methods.The training effect in two groups was compared.Results:After training,the cognitive evaluation,social support,social skills,frustration coping and self-reflection scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After training,the self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After the training,the scores of problem solving,asking for help in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of fantasy and withdrawal in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The group psychological counseling combined with multi-model tutorial system training can improve the professional identity of newly recruited nurses,improve their psychological state and coping style.更多还原
