【摘要】 目的：分析基于自我决定理论的护理对中青年高血压患者的应用效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2021年12月深圳市龙岗中心医院收治的200例中青年高血压患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，各100例。对照组实施常规延续护理，研究组实施基于自我决定理论的护理干预，对比两组血压水平、服药依从性及护理满意度。结果：护理前，两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理第1周及护理第1、3、6个月，研究组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。研究组服药总依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.026 6)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 2)。结论：中青年高血压患者使用基于自我决定理论的护理的应用效果显著，可有效控制血压水平，提高患者护理满意度及服药依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the application effect of nursing based on self-determination theory on young and middle-aged hypertensive patients. Methods: A total of 200 young and middle-agedhypertensive patients admitted to Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine continuous nursing, and the study group received nursing intervention based on self-determination theory. Blood pressure levels,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). At 1week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months of nursing, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000 0). The total medication compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026 6).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000 2). Conclusion: The application of nursing based on self-determination theory in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients is remarkable, which can effectively control blood pressure level, elevate patients’ nursing satisfaction and medication compliance.更多还原
