转氨酶水平检验在脂肪肝临床诊断中应用效果分析
Analysis of Application Effect of Transaminase Level Test in Clinical Diagnosis of Fatty Liver
【摘要】 目的:探讨转氨酶水平检验在脂肪肝临床诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的脂肪肝患者50例作为观察组,选取同期健康人员50例作为对照组。两组均行转氨酶水平检验,比较两组转氨酶水平检验结果、转氨酶水平升高率及观察组治疗前后转氨酶水平。结果:观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平升高率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:转氨酶水平检验对于有效分辨患者是否存在脂肪肝病变具有重要作用,能够提升准确性,还能够对患者病情变化情况进行直观判断,对临床诊治效果的提升具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of transaminase level test in the clinical diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2021,50 patients with fatty liver admitted to Tai’an Maternity and Child Health Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for transaminase levels.The results of transaminase level test and the increase rate of transaminase level in two groups and the transaminase level before and after treatment in the observation group were compared.Results:The levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The increase rates of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Transaminase level test plays an important role in effectively distinguishing whether patients have fatty liver lesion,it can improve the accuracy and intuitively judge the changes of patients’ conditions,and it is of great significance for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect.
