【摘要】 目的：探讨经胸乳入路微创腔镜手术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的效果。方法：选取2018年11月—2020年6月山东省潍坊市昌乐县人民医院收治的78例甲状腺乳头状癌患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为微创组与对照组，各39例。对照组采用传统手术治疗，微创组采用经胸乳入路微创腔镜手术治疗。比较两组术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果：微创组术后住院时间、颈部自主活动时间、术后下床时间均短于对照组，术后疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。微创组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。结论：经胸乳入路微创腔镜手术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的效果显著，可改善患者预后，降低并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery through the chest-breast approach in the treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods: A total of 78 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to Changle County People’s Hospital of Weifang City of Shandong Province from November 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into minimally invasive group and control group, with39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional surgery, and the minimally invasive group was treated with minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery through the chest-breast approach. The postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: The postoperative hospital stay, autonomous neck movement time and postoperative ambulation time in the minimally invasive group were shorter than those in the control group, and the postoperative pain score in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033). Conclusion: The minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery through the chest-breast approach has a significant effect in the treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma, which can improve the prognosis and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
