【摘要】 目的：探讨季德胜蛇药辅助西医常规治疗毒蛇咬伤的效果。方法：选取2020年2月—2022年7月揭西县人民医院收治的157例毒蛇咬伤患者作为研究对象，按照入院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组。对照组给予西医常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采用季德胜蛇药辅助治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：研究组创口疼痛与水肿症状显著减轻及消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞水平均低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对毒蛇咬伤患者采用季德胜蛇药辅助西医常规治疗，可显著减轻治疗后的创口疼痛与水肿症状，降低创口炎性细胞和血清中炎性细胞因子水平，治疗效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of Ji Desheng snake medicine assisted conventional therapy of western medicine forvenomous snake bite. Methods: A total of 157 patients with venomous snake bite who were treated in Jie Xi People’s Hospital fromFebruary 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group according tothe order of admission. The control group received conventional therapy of western medicine, and the study group receivedadjuvant treatment of Ji Desheng snake medicine on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect between two groups wascompared. Results: The time when the wound pain and edema symptoms were significantly reduced and disappeared in the studygroup was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, therewas no significant difference in the levels of macrophages, neutrophils and lymphocytes between the two groups(P>0.05). Aftertreatment, the levels of macrophages, neutrophils and lymphocytes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, andthe study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, therewas no significant difference in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin-6(IL-6) andhypersensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the study group was lower than the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The overall effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that inthe control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with venomous snake bite, JiDesheng snake medicine assisted conventional therapy of western medicine can significantly relieve wound pain and edemasymptoms after treatment, reduce the level of inflammatory cells and serum inflammatory cytokines in the wound, and obtain asignificant therapeutic effect.更多还原
