【摘要】 研究了聚维酮碘对青海湖裸鲤（♀）×花斑裸鲤（♂）杂交幼鱼（体长7～8 cm，体质量15.34 g±0.23 g）的急性毒性，并测定了不同浓度聚维酮碘对青海湖裸鲤（♀）×花斑裸鲤（♂）杂交幼鱼耗氧率的影响。结果表明：（1）在（19±1）℃水温条件下，聚维酮碘对青海湖裸鲤（♀）×花斑裸鲤（♂）杂交幼鱼24、48、72和96 h的半致死浓度（LC50）分别为3.37、3.15、2.75和2.51μmol/L，安全浓度为0.84μmol/L;(2)在安全浓度（0.84μmol/L）和生产上使用浓度（0.22μmol/L）下，青海湖裸鲤（♀）×花斑裸鲤（♂）杂交幼鱼的耗氧率分别为0.340和0.293 mg/（g·h），窒息点分别为0.417和0.383 mg/L，均显著高于不用聚维酮碘时的耗氧率（0.243 mg/（g·h））和窒息点（0.363 mg/L）(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity of povidone iodine to Gymnocypri sprzewalskii （♀） × Gymnocypris eckloni （♂） hybrid larvae(7-8 cm, 15.34 g±0.23 g) was investigated, and the effects of different concentrations of povidone iodine on the oxygen consumption rate of Gymnocypri sprzewalskii （♀） × Gymnocypris eckloni （♂） hybrid larvae were also determined. The results showed that :(1) At the water temperature of(19±1)℃, the median lethal concentration(LC50) of povidone iodine were 13.37, 3.15, 2.75 和 2.51 μmol/L for hybrid larvae at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h, respectively, and the safe concentration was 0.84 μmol/L;(2)The oxygen consumption rates of hybrid larvae were 0.340 mg/（g·h） and 0.293 mg/（g·h） at the safe concentration(0.84 μmol/L) and the production concentration(0.22 μmol/L), respectively, and the asphyxiation points were 0.417 mg/L and 0.383 mg/L, which were all significantly higher than the oxygen consumption rate 0.243mg/（g·h） and asphyxiation point 0.363 mg/L of hybrid larvae without povidone iodine(P<0.05).更多还原
