【摘要】 医学教育的发展和医学学制政策的改革对我国医疗卫生事业发展和医学人才的培养具有至关重要的作用。尽管现行的三阶段连续统一的临床医学人才培养体系已为我国培养了众多具备专业技术水平和奉献精神的医学人才，但同时也揭示了一些问题。这些问题包括学制设置繁杂、培养方案设计的不清晰，医学教育管理和政策制定的不一致性，以及院校层面上医学教育完整性和特殊性的不足。另外，各地区间医学教育质量的差距也不容忽视。对上述问题现状及产生原因，本文逐一进行了深入的分析，并给出了一系列针对性的改革建议，包括改革学制学位体系、促进医教协同实质性发展、完善医学教育管理的特殊机制，加大欠发达地区卫生系统发展在经济与政策上的投入，并加大推进全科教育发展和完善优秀医学人才的定向培养体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of medical education and the reform of medical educational policies play a crucial role in shaping China’s healthcare system and nurturing competent medical professionals.While the current three-stage continuous unified system for clinical medical talent training has produced professionals with high technical proficiency and dedication, it also faces several challenges.These challenges encompass the lack of clarity in educational system establishment and training program design, inconsistencies in medical education management and policy formulation, and the erosion of integrity and distinctiveness at the institutional level.Additionally, the regional disparities in the quality of medical education are noteworthy.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of these issues and proposes a series of targeted reform recommendations.These recommendations include educational system reform, strengthening collaboration between medical and educational sectors, enhancing the unique mechanisms of medical education management, supporting healthcare systems in underdeveloped regions, and promoting general practice education and the targeted cultivation of exceptional medical talents.更多还原
