新时代“一带一路”背景下来华医学留学生高质量本科培养模式的构建

【摘要】 介绍了西安交通大学针对当前来华医学留学生教育中面临的问题,进一步深化教学改革,通过构建新时代“一带一路”来华医学留学生高质量本科培养模式,以文化人,传术育人,培养了一大批具有正确中国认知、扎实专业能力、出色语言能力和良好全球胜任力的国际化医学人才。绝大多数毕业生回到生源国服务,得到了生源国及第三国卫生部门的认可,成长为全球健康守护者、中华文化传播者及世界和平推动者,进一步提升了学校国际影响力并充分展示了我国高等医学教育实力。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces that Xi’an Jiaotong University, in view of the problems faced by the current medical overseas education in China, has further deepened the teaching reform, and has cultivated a large number of international medical talents with correct Chinese cognition, solid professional ability, excellent language ability and good global competence by constructing a high-quality undergraduate training model for medical overseas students coming to China under The Belt and Road Initiative in the new era, and educating them with cultural talents and skills, The vast majority of graduates return to their country of origin to serve and have been recognized by the health departments of their country of origin and third countries.They have grown into global health guardians, disseminators of Chinese culture, and promoters of world peace, further enhancing the international influence of the school and fully demonstrating the strength of China’s higher medical education.
