东北医科院校老年医学课程设置比较研究

【摘要】 目的 在我国东北地区人口老龄化速度快、问题严重,老年医学专业人才匮乏的背景下,调查其中四所高校临床医学五年制的培养目标和老年医学课程设置情况,并进行对比分析,找出差异和不足。同时还了解老年医学教学计划变动的原因以及学生对其课程设置的看法。通过对以上内容进行综合分析,探索其成因,给出合理建议。方法 采用文献分析法、对比分析法以及访谈法。结果 4所高校临床医学五年制中均未将老年医学设为专业必修课;老年医学课时占比的平均水平为8.8%,比重最高的为哈尔滨医科大学的15.4%,最低的为中国医科大学的4.1%;除大连医科大学在第10学期开课外,其余3所院校均在第8学期开课;课程考核方式都是考查。结论 该地区老年医学专业人才供不应求的直接原因为老年医学课程自身存在问题,这主要因为人才培养目标缺少关于老年医学的具体学习目标,更深层次的原因为学校没有充分领悟多元化、差异化、创造性的教育思想,缺乏对社会需求和发展的敏锐洞察力和及时应变能力。

【Abstract】 Objective under the background of rapid aging of population, serious problems and shortage of geriatrics professionals in northeast China, this paper investigated the training objectives and geriatrics curriculum setting of clinical medicine in four colleges and universities, and made comparative analysis to find out the differences and deficiencies. At the same time, we also understand the reasons for the changes of geriatrics teaching plan and students’ views on its curriculum. Make a comprehensive analysis of the above contents, explore its causes and give reasonable suggestions. Methods literature analysis, comparative analysis and interview. Results geriatrics was not set as a compulsory course in the five years of clinical medicine in four universities. The average proportion of gerontology class is 8.8%, the highest proportion is 15.4% in Harbin medical university, and the lowest proportion is 4.1% in China medical university. Except Dalian medical university, which offers extracurricular courses in the 10th semester, the other three schools all start classes in the 8th semester. Course assessment methods are examination. Conclusion elderly medical professional talents in short supply in the region of the direct reasons for its existence question of geriatric medicine, largely because of the talent training target lack of geriatric medicine at the specific learning goals, the deeper reason for the school is not fully realize diversification, differentiation, creative ideas of education, the lack of social needs and development of the keen insight and strain capacity in a timely manner.
