中国HIV基因序列数据管理及分析系统
Research on HIV Gene Sequence Data Management and Analysis System in China
【摘要】 本文研究制定了HIV基因序列数据管理的标准格式和数据质量控制的要求,并建立数据系统,对公共参考数据和用户提交的个人数据进行统一管理及分析。通过整合国内外HIV的流行病学和基因序列数据,构建了HIV流行毒株分子传播网络和耐药位点监测为主要功能的“中国艾滋病病毒基因序列数据平台”(https://nmdc.cn/hiv/)。平台融合基因序列质量控制、分子分型和分子网络等分析软件,建立了一体化分析流程,不仅能够提供在线分析工具,还利用融合的国内外基因序列数据,通过序列突变位点识别和分子分型分析,定位了全球和中国HIV-1序列的分型、突变位点及其耐药特征,通过结合多维数据综合分析,实现了全球和中国HIV-1毒株的时空分布谱的绘制、耐药突变谱的绘制,为解析全球不同亚型的耐药位点进化与传播规律,基于真实世界数据的HIV防治策略提供重要的数据支持。
【Abstract】 This study developed a standard format of HIV sequencing data management and the requirements for data quality control, and established a data system for unified management and analysis of public and project data. By integrating HIV epidemiology and genomic data both domestically and internationally, the "China AIDS virus gene sequence data platform" with the main functions of the HIV molecular transmission network and drug resistance site monitoring was constructed(https://nmdc. cn/hiv/). It not only provides online tools, but also utilizes fused-on genomic data to identify mutation sites and locate the sequence typing, mutation sites, and drug resistance characteristics of HIV-1.By combining multidimensional data comprehensive analysis, we have achieved the mapping of the spatiotemporal distribution and resistance mutation profile of HIV-1 strains worldwide and in China, providing important data support for analyzing the transmission patterns of mutations in different subtypes, and HIV prevention and control strategies based on real-world data.
