【摘要】 由于免疫系统无法识别潜伏感染HIV的细胞，导致艾滋病目前尚不能根治。HIV感染后很快建立于CD4细胞中的HIV-1病毒库是根治艾滋病的主要障碍。HIV-1病毒库形成机制复杂、测量方法各异，且无特效根除方案。现有ART方案，可抑制艾滋病患者体内的病毒复制，但无法有效清除病毒库，若ART中断，HIV-1病毒库即是病毒复发的主要来源。本文围绕阻碍艾滋病治愈的关键问题，陈述目前测量HIV-1病毒库的多种方案并比较其优缺点，在此基础上，对清除HIV-1病毒库相关干预措施进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIDS is a serious infectious disease that cannot be cured at present. The latent reservoir of HIV established in CD4 cells soon after HIV infection is the main obstacle to cure AIDS. The formation mechanism of HIV-1 viral reservoir is complex with various measurement methods and there is no eradication treatment available yet. ART can effectively inhibit the level of viral replication among people living with HIV, but it cannot completely clear the viral reservoir. If ART is interrupted, the viral reservoir is the main source of virus recurrence. Focusing on the key issues hindering the cure of AIDS, this article described the current various method for measuring the HIV reservoir and compared their advantages and disadvantages. In addition, this article also summarized the related intervention measures for eliminating the HIV reservoir.更多还原
