酥碱壁画脱盐材料的性能评价研究

【摘要】 筛选出合适的酥碱壁画脱盐材料是酥碱壁画修复工艺和流程中至关重要的一个环节.文中通过对高吸水树脂的可溶盐含量、酸碱度的分析,以及结合粒度、保水率、饱和吸水量、吸盐水量、吸附NaCl的量等性能测试,初步筛选出对壁画不会造成二次伤害的脱盐材料,然后对筛选出的样品进行形貌分析.结果表明,筛选出的树脂具有层状、多孔、皱褶结构,将其作为由氯化钠引起的壁画酥碱病害的脱盐材料,性能优异.本研究为不同类型壁画酥碱病害提供一种脱盐材料的筛选方法.

【Abstract】 A crucial step for the restoration process and procedure is to select suitable desalting material of efflorescence wall paintings.In this paper,through the analysis of soluble salt content and p H of the superabsorbent resins,as well as combined with the particle size,water retention rate,saturated water absorption capacity,0.9% salt absorption capacity,adsorption of NaCl and other performance tests,the desalting materials that will not cause secondary damage to the wall painting are preliminarily screened,and then the morphology of the selected samples is analyzed.The results showed that the selected resin has layered,porous and wrinkled structure,and can be used as the desalting material for the efflorescence wall painting disease caused by sodium chloride.This study provides a screening method of desalting materials for different types of efflorescence wall painting disease.
