鸡腿菇及大球盖菇与黄瓜套作对连作障碍土壤理化性质的影响
Effect of Interplanting of Coprinus comatus and Stropharia rugoso- annulata with Cucumber on Physical and Chemical Properties of Soil with Continuous Cropping Obstacles
【摘要】 为探究“食用菌-黄瓜”套作栽培模式对黄瓜生长及土壤理化性质的影响,在连作地块,采用定位试验于2019年秋茬至2021年春茬连续种植4茬黄瓜,共设计黄瓜单作、黄瓜分别与大球盖菇和鸡腿菇套作3种处理,在2021年春茬比较不同处理间黄瓜的农艺性状、产量、品质、土传病害和土壤的理化性质。结果表明:黄瓜与鸡腿菇套作能够增加黄瓜根长度和根尖数,促进土壤团聚体的形成,增加土壤全氮含量。3种处理的黄瓜总可溶性固形物含量无显著差异。两种套作模式产量虽有增加,但与单作相比并无显著差异。两种套作模式均能降低土壤体积质量,增加土壤孔隙度,提高土壤田间持水量,显著降低黄瓜枯萎病的病情指数和发生率。另外,黄瓜与大球盖菇套作还减轻根结线虫病的病情指数。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of edible fungus-cucumber intercropping cultivation mode on cucumber growth and physical and chemical properties of soil, the monitoring experiment was conducted consecutively four times in cucumber intercropping field with continuous cropping obstacles in spring of 2021 and autumn of 2019.Three treatments, including cucumber monoculture, intercropping of cucumber with Stropharia rugosoannulata, intercropping of cucumber with Coprinus comatus,were disigned. All data were collected and analyzed in the last growing season. The results showed that the intercropping of cucumber with C.comatus could increase the root length and root tip number of cucumber, promote the formation of soil aggregates and increase the content of soil total nitrogen. There was no significant difference in total soluble solid content in cucumber among the three treatments. Although the yield increased under the two intercropping modes, there was no significant difference compared with monoculture. Both intercropping cultivation can reduce soil volumic mass, increase soil porosity and field water capacity. Both intercropping cultivation can also significantly reduce the disease index and incidence of cucumber Fusarium wilt. The intercropping of cucumber and S.rugosoannulata can also reduce the disease index of root knot nematode.
