【摘要】 采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)方法测定8个种源地百里香的挥发性物质，研究种源差异对百里香挥发性物质的影响，以期为百里香种质资源的开发利用提供基础的数据支撑。结果表明，种源差异对百里香挥发性物质含量产生了显著的影响，且主要的挥发性物质种类因种源地差异存在着显著的差异。右玉、繁峙、沁源、夏县种源地百里香的挥发性物质多以萜烯类化合物为主，达到总成分的45%以上；左云、浑源种源地百里香的主要挥发性成分以芳香烃类化合物为主，其中p-伞花烃分别为挥发性物质总量的52.65%、46.43%;而蒲县和泽州种源百里香的挥发性物质萜烯类化合物和芳香烃类化合物占比均相对较高。相关性分析结果显示百里香主要的萜烯类化合物不仅与种源地经纬位置的显著相关，且与种源地无霜期、年日照时数、年平均气温以及土壤酸碱度显著相关；而主要的芳香烃类化合物仅与种源地海拔位置显著相关。说明百里香挥发性物质的种类及含量因其种源地差异而不同，特别是萜烯类挥发性物质因种源地经纬位置、海拔、生态环境因子以及土壤酸碱度的差异变化较为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leaf volatiles of Thymus mongolicus from 8 provenances were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) to study the effects of provenance differences on the volatile types and contents to provide basic data for the development and utilization of T.mongolicus resources.The results showed that the provenance difference had a significant effect on the content of volatile compounds in T.mongolicus leaves, and the main volatile compounds were significantly different due to the provenance difference.The volatiles of T.mongolicus leaves from Youyu, Fanshi, Qinyuan and Xiaxian provenances were mainly terpenes, accounting for more than 45% of the total.The main volatile components of T.mongolicus leaves from Zuoyun and Hunyuan provenances were mainly aromatic hydrocarbons, in which p-cymene accounted for 52.65% and 46.43% of the total, respectively.The contents of volatile terpenes and aromatic hydrocarbons from Puxian and Zezhou provenances were relatively high.Correlation analysis showed that the main terpene compounds were not only significantly correlated with the longitude and latitude location of the provenance, but also with frost-free period, annual sunshine duration, annual mean temperature and soil pH.While the main aromatic hydrocarbons were only significantly correlated with the elevation of provenances.The results indicated that the types and contents of volatiles varied with provenances, especially the terpene volatiles, which varied with the longitude and latitude locations, altitude, ecological environment factors and soil pH.更多还原
