【摘要】 法国的收养制度包含两种收养模式，完全收养模式和不完全收养模式各有所长。法国多年来不断对不完全收养立法进行修改和完善，逐渐形成了立法体系完善、逻辑严密的不完全收养制度，其先进的立法经验值得世界各国学习。我国的收养立法也应该借鉴法国，改变单一的完全收养模式而选择完全收养与不完全收养并存的制度模式。这样，更能充分发挥收养制度养老和育幼的双重功能，在丰富收养制度体系的同时，也不会破坏原有的收养立法体系安排。更多还原

【Abstract】 The adoption system in France includes two adoption models, the complete adoption model and the incomplete adoption model. The two models have their own advantages. Over the years, France has continuedly revised and improved its legislation on incomplete adoptions, and has gradually developed an incomplete adoption system with a sound and logical legislative system, whose advanced legislative experience is worthy of study by countries around the world.
