【摘要】 依据新区域主义理论，对现代化城市群体育公共服务跨域协同治理的基本理论架构、行动逻辑与现实困境进行分析，并提出实践优化路径。研究发现，当前我国城市群体育公共服务跨域协同治理呈现出治理主体结构不合理、治理手段类型单一、跨域治理联动过程缺失、跨域信息共享碎片化、跨域治理效能不足等问题，而多主体跨域协同治理是推进我国现代化城市群体育公共服务高质量发展的必然之选。据此提出优化路径：搭建多主体协商决策机构；推进激励与约束制度建设；搭建城市群信息共享平台；建立跨域性绩效考评机制；探索监督问责的创新应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the new regionalism theory, the research analyzes the basic theoretical framework, action logic and practical difficulties of cross-regional collaborative governance of sports public services in modern urban agglomeration. The optimization path is then proposed. At present, the cross regional collaborative governance practice of sports public services in urban agglomerations in China confronts such dilemmas as unreasonable governance subject structure, single governance means, lack of cross regional governance linkage process, fragmentation of cross regional information sharing, and insufficient cross regional governance effectiveness. The research believes that multi-agent with cross-domain collaborative governance is an inevitable choice for the governance of sports public services in modern urban agglomerations in China. Accordingly, the optimization path is put forward: building a multi-agent consultation and decision-making mechanism; promoting the construction of incentive and restraint system; building an information sharing platform for urban agglomeration, establishing a cross-regional performance evaluation mechanism, and exploring the innovative application of supervision and accountability.更多还原
