【摘要】 以沪深两市495家上市公司为样本，运用fsQCA方法探讨了不同供应链关系情境下我国上市公司企业社会责任的实现路径。研究发现：(1)高企业社会责任路径有3种类型：分散供应链关系下社会责任驱动型、分散供应链关系下多方责任驱动型和集中供应链关系下多方责任驱动型；低企业社会责任路径存在集中客户关系下多方责任缺失驱动型和集中供应商关系下多方责任缺失驱动型。(2)根据股权性质对国有企业和非国有企业高企业社会责任路径进行分析，国有企业社会责任由分散供应链关系下社会责任驱动和集中供应链关系下多方责任驱动；非国有企业则由分散供应链关系下的社会责任和环境责任驱动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 495 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as samples, this paper uses fsQCA method to explore the ways to realize corporate social responsibility of listed companies under different supply chain situations.It is found that:(1) There are three types of high CSR paths: social responsibility driven under decentralized supply chain relationship, multi-party responsibility driven under decentralized supply chain relationship and multi-party responsibility driven under centralized supply chain relationship; The path of low corporate social responsibility is multi-party responsibility lack driven under centralized customer relationship and multi-party responsibility lack driven under centralized supplier relationship.(2) According to the nature of equity ownership, the paths of high CSR of state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises are analyzed.The social responsibility of state-owned enterprises is driven by social responsibility under decentralized supply chain relationship and multi-party responsibility under centralized supply chain relationship; Non-state-owned enterprises are driven by social and environmental responsibility in decentralized supply chain relationships.更多还原
