紫外光照对甲维盐·吡丙醚悬浮剂中吡丙醚稳定性的影响

【摘要】 通过建立吡丙醚残留检测的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法,研究紫外光照对吡丙醚稳定性的影响。用乙酸乙酯提取,旋蒸法浓缩近干后,用甲醇定容,高效液相色谱法检测吡丙醚。结果显示,采用C18色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇-乙腈-水(38∶50∶12)为流动相,在质量浓度为0.049 0~0.686 0 mg·mL-1时,吡丙醚的浓度与其峰面积有良好的线性相关性,相关系数为0.999 5。在加标水平分别为0.078 4、0.098 0、0.117 6 mg·mL-1下,吡丙醚萃取平均回收率分别为106.20%、115.19%和109.74%,变异系数分别为0.384%、0.095%和0.295%,表明该方法可用于水溶液中吡丙醚残留量的检测。在紫外照射达到4 h时,吡丙醚含量显著下降,8 h后,吡丙醚含量极显著下降,降解率可达13.31%。因此,吡丙醚在紫外光照下,其含量会受到影响。

【Abstract】 Herein, we used high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to detect pyriproxyfen residues and study the effect of ultraviolet(UV) irradiation on pyriproxyfen stability. For this, pyriproxyfen was extracted using ethyl acetate, concentrated, and dried via spin distillation. The pyriproxyfen concentration was determined using HPLC with a constant methanol volume. The results revealed that when methanol-acetonitrile-water(38∶50∶12) was used as the mobile phase, the concentration of pyriproxylate demonstrated a good linear correlation with its peak area. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 5 in the mass concentration range of 0.049 0~0.686 0 mg·mL-1. The average recovery rates were 106.20%, 115.19%, and 109.74% at 0.078 4, 0.098 0, and 0.117 6 mg·mL-1, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.384%, 0.095%, and 0.295%, respectively. These results confirmed that the proposed method could be used for the determination of residual pyriproxyfen in water. When the UV irradiation duration reached 4 h, the content of pyriproxyfen decreased significantly. After 8 h of irradiation, the degradation rate of pyriproxyfen reached 13.31%. Thus, the content of pyriproxyfen was clearly affected by UV irradiation.
