新型同步开关磁阻电机无位置传感器控制
Sensorless Control of Novel Synchronous Switched Reluctance Motor
【摘要】 结合开关磁阻电机与同步磁阻电机的优势,提出了一种同步开关磁阻电机(SSRM)。使用高频注入法实现无位置传感器控制,SSRM交叉饱和现象严重,传统的高频注入法因忽略了局部磁饱和而产生较大的转子位置估计误差。提出一种交叉饱和电感补偿算法,通过有限元仿真获得不同电流下的电感参数,引入交叉饱和系数,对高频q轴电流分量进行补偿,修正局部磁饱和引起的d轴位置观测误差,通过实验验证了该无传感器控制方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Combining the advantages of switched reluctance motor and synchronous reluctance motor, a synchronous switched reluctance motor(SSRM) was proposed. The high frequency injection method was used for sensorless control. Due to the severe cross saturation of SSRM, the conventional high frequency injection method had ignored cross saturation, resulting in rotor position estimation error. A cross saturation inductance compensation algorithm was proposed. The inductance parameters under different currents were obtained through finite element method, the cross saturation factor was introduced, and the high-frequency d-axis current was used to compensate the high-frequency q-axis current, The cross saturation factor under different working conditions was updated in real time by using the look-up table method, so the rotor position observation error was reduced. The effectiveness of the proposed sensorless control method was verified through experiments.
