1962—2022年会宁县黄土高原鼠疫自然疫源地调查分析

【摘要】 目的 分析1962—2022年会宁阿拉善黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地调查结果,为鼠疫防控工作提供指导。方法 收集并建立1962—2022年鼠疫疫源地调查信息数据库,对数据进行分析。结果 该疫源地调查共发现啮齿类动物14种,阿拉善黄鼠为优势种。共调查小型啮齿类动物1 673只,隶属3科6属8种,主要为子午沙鼠。共采集鉴定蚤类5种183 290匹,隶属7科23属,方形黄鼠蚤蒙古亚种为该地区绝对优势种。1962、1963年2年次发生动物间鼠疫流行,共分离出鼠疫菌8株;被动血凝试验有5年次检出阿拉善黄鼠阳性血清92份。结论 近年来动物间鼠疫处于静息状态,未来应密切关注景观变化对啮齿动物群落结构和鼠传疾病的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the investigation results of pestis natural foci of Alxa Citellus in Huining County from 1962 to 2022, and provide guidance for pestis prevention and control.Methods Collect and establish the pestis focus survey information database from 1962 to 2022, and analyze the data.Results A total of 14 species of rodents were found in the epidemic focus and Spermophilus alaschanicus was the dominant species. A total of 1 673 small rodents were investigated, belonging to 3 families, 6 genera, and 8 species, mainly Meriones meridianus. A total of 183 290 fleas of 50 species were collected and identified, belonging to 23 genera and 7 families. Citellophilus tesquorum mongolicus was the dominant species in the region. In 1962 and 1963, pestis epidemics among animals occurred twice, and 8 strains of plague bacteria were isolated. Passive hemagglutination test detected 92 positive sera of S. alaschanicus in 5 years.Conclusion In recent years, plague among animals is in a resting state. In the future, we should pay close attention to the impact of landscape changes on rodent community structure and rodent-borne diseases.
