2017—2020年安徽省成蚊监测分析
Surveillance on adult mosquitoes in Anhui Province from 2017 to 2020
【摘要】 目的 掌握安徽省成蚊密度、季节消长和种类构成等情况,为预防和控制蚊媒传染病提供依据。方法 采用诱蚊灯法进行监测。结果 安徽省2017—2020年共捕获成蚊29 709只,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕蚊总数的69.56%,其次为白纹伊蚊(13.11%)、中华按蚊(8.57%)和三带喙库蚊(6.54%)。2017—2020年安徽省总蚊密度为6.27只/(灯·夜),成蚊密度高峰期在6—7月。不同生境中牲畜棚蚊密度最高,为13.78只/(灯·夜),居民区最低,为3.64只/(灯·夜)。不同生境蚊密度差异有统计学意义(F=335.582,P<0.05)。结论 淡色库蚊是安徽省成蚊优势种群,蚊虫防治以牲畜棚和农户为重点控制场所。
【Abstract】 Objective To master the adult mosquito density, seasonal variation and species composition in Anhui Province, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases.Methods The mosquito trap lamp method was used for the surveillance.Results In total, 29 709 mosquitoes were captured during the period of 2017-2020 in Anhui Province.The dominant species was Culex pipiens pallens accounting for 69.56%,followed by Aedes albopictus(13.11%),Anopheles sinensis(8.57%) and Culex tritaeniorhynchus(6.54%).The overall average mosquito density was 6.27 mosquitoes/(lamp·night) in Anhui Province from 2017 to 2020,and the density peak occurred in June and July.Among different habitats, livestock sheds held the highest mosquito density of 13.78 mosquitoes/(lamp·night),while the urban residential areas held the lowest density of 3.64 mosquitoes/(lamp·night).There was significant difference in mosquito density in different habitats(F=335.582,P<0.05).Conclusion Cx.pipiens pallens is the dominant mosquito species in Anhui Province.Livestock sheds and rural households are the key places for mosquito control.
