成都市山区蜱虫种类及分布调查

【摘要】 目的 了解成都市山区蜱虫种类及分布情况,为蜱虫及蜱媒传染病的防治提供依据。方法 采用布旗法调查游离蜱和人工拣拾法调查动物体表寄生蜱。结果 野外生境采集到游离蜱50只,平均密度为0.045只/100 m,其中长角血蜱平均密度为0.038只/100 m,血红扇头蜱平均密度为0.007只/100 m;调查1 158只动物,总带蜱率为2.94%,总带蜱指数为0.037。龙门山脉以大邑县捕获最多,共计捕获21只;龙泉山脉以龙泉驿区捕获最多,共计捕获52只。除3月外,5—9月均捕获到游离蜱和寄生蜱。结论 成都市龙门山脉和龙泉山脉均有蜱虫分布,长角血蜱是成都市的优势种,林地和羊群孳生较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the species and distribution of ticks in the mountains of Chengdu, and provide the basis for the control and prevention of ticks and tick-borne diseases.Methods Questing ticks were collected by flagging method, while the parasitic ticks by manual picking method from animals.Results 50 questing ticks were collected from field environment with the density of 0.045 ticks per hundred meters.Haemaphysalis longicornis was with the density of 0.038 ticks per hundred meters, and Rhipicephalus sanguineus was with the density of 0.007 ticks per hundred meters.1 158 animals were investigated with the tick infestation of 2.94% and the tick index of 0.037.In the Longmen Mountains, ticks were mostly captured in Dayi County, as many as 21,while in the Longquan Mountains, ticks were mostly captured in Longquanyi County, as many as 52.Questing ticks and parasitic ticks were captured from May to September except March.Conclusion The species and distribution of ticks were different with environments in Longmen Mountains and Longquan Mountains of Chengdu, mostly in the forest land and the sheep flock, with Haemaphysalis longicornis as the dominant species.
